- 2 tbsp Golden flax seed meal

- 1-2 large Egg white
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- Instructions
- Microwave riced cauliflower for 2-3 minutes, until tender; set aside to cool
- Whisk together the shredded onion, flaxseed meal, garlic salt, egg, and one egg white
- Squeeze the water out of the cauliflower
- Stire the cauliflower into the other ingredients
- Make patties; if necessary add another egg white
- Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan
- Press down with a spatula to form patties
- Cook for 2-4 minutes, until the bottom is browned
- Flip and repeat for 2-4 minutes on the other side

- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 cup Gluten Free Oat Flour
- 4 Tbsp ground Flax Seeds

- Chop the cauliflower into large florets and boil for 20-30 min and strain
- The cauliflower should be very mushy
- Place it in a large sheet of cheesecloth and wrap up in a little ball, and wind it

- When you think you’ve gotten as much water out of the cauliflower as you can and

- Preheat the oven to 350ºF
- Toss sunflower kernels with 1 tsp milk and 1 tsp curry powder
